• Robert M. Clements - Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Clements joined the company in 1994 and has served as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of EverBank Financial Corp since its formation in 1997. He was previously a Vice President of Merrill Lynch & Co., as a member of the firm's leveraged buyout group, Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, Inc.

    He is a former member of the Federal Reserve's Thrift Institutions Advisory Council (TIAC) and a former director of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. and Fortegra Financial. Mr. Clements received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
• Blake Wilson - President & Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Wilson joined the company in January 2002 and has served as President & Chief Financial Officer of EverBank Financial Corporation since 2005. He also serves as a Director for EverBank Financial Corporation and EverBank.

    Prior to joining EverBank, Mr. Wilson was the Chief Financial Officer of HomeSide Lending, Inc. and served in various positions there since 1996. He was Vice President of Corporate Finance at Prudential Home Mortgage and also worked for KPMG Peat Marwick's National Mortgage and Structured Finance Group in Washington, D.C.

    Mr. Wilson has been involved in the financial services industry since 1989 and has served on various industry advisory boards, including Fannie Mae and PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. Currently, Mr. Wilson serves on the Board at the University of North Florida Foundation. He graduated cum laude from the University of Utah.
• Gary A. Meeks - Vice Chairman

    Mr. Meeks has been involved in the mortgage banking industry since 1973. He joined the company in 1989 after serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Numerica Services Inc.

    A Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB), Mr. Meeks received a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from The University of Georgia and graduated from the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University. He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1969 to 1972.
• Michael C. Koster - Executive Vice President

    Mr. Koster leads EverBank’s Mortgage Operations Group and is President of EverHome^® Mortgage Company. He joined EverBank in 1995 as Executive Vice President of Loan Administration and previously served as Senior Vice President and Director of Customer Service at BancBoston Mortgage Corporation.

    Mr. Koster is a member of Fidelity Mortgage’s Advisory Board and HabiJax Executive Committee, and has been involved in the mortgage banking industry since 1983. Mr. Koster is a former chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Loan Administration Committee and received a B.B.A. from Marietta College.
• John S. Surface - Executive Vice President - Corporate Development

    Mr. Surface manages the business development, partnership and M&A activities of the EverBank Family of Companies. He served previously as Vice President of Asset Management at Alliance Capital Partners and Associate at The Shepherd Group, a venture capital investment firm.

    Mr. Surface has served on various nonprofit housing boards, including HabiJax and Twenty-First Century Challenge. Mr. Surface earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Management, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington and Lee University.
• Frank O. Trotter - Executive Vice President

    Mr. Trotter leads EverBank Direct and is a founding partner of EverBank.com, a national branchless bank that was acquired by the current EverBank in 2002. Mr. Trotter previously served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Mercantile Bank Capital Markets; and Director of the International Markets Division at Mark Twain Bank, where he created the World Currency family of deposits and directed the global launch of eCash^TM.

    Mr. Trotter has over 20 years experience in the banking industry and is a graduate of St. Olaf College and holds an M.B.A from Washington University.
